As the Creative Director for 'The Future of Commerce Report' in 2022 and 2023, I played a pivotal role in shaping the campaign's creative direction and brand elements. I developed three initial concepts, ultimately establishing the creative look and feel, including illustration style, motion, typography, photography, color palette, logo lockup, voice, and tone.
Building upon this foundation, I crafted a comprehensive brand package encompassing a microsite, content design, layout, info graphics, and digital ads. Leading the team, I supervised the creation of the report, ad library, and video content while effectively managing timelines and stakeholders.
Recognizing the need for efficiency, I streamlined marketing creative deliverables by creating an annual report and design playbook, providing ongoing support for the demand generation team throughout the calendar year. The success of 'The Future of Commerce Report' is evidenced by its outstanding performance, boasting 49K responses, 5.9M+ page views, and over 20K net new leads, making it one of the best-performing campaigns to date.
