In a groundbreaking move, Kylie Cosmetics, a digital beauty empire, stepped into the tangible world with pop-up experiences in LA and NYC. Working closely with Kylie and her team, we transformed an empty space at Westfield Topanga Shopping Center into a captivating reflection of Kylie's brand ethos. The pop-up featured a meticulously designed lip kit wall, where 4,800+ products were sold within four hours, creating a fully restockable, fully shoppable masterpiece.

The LA store, open for two weeks in December 2016, set the stage for the NYC pop-up in February 2017. The entire installation process, completed in a mere 72 hours, not only showcased our commitment to excellence but also left an indelible mark on Shopify's brand impressions.

Our collaboration with Kylie wasn't just about sales; it was about translating her digital success into a tangible, immersive experience. The pop-up served as a masterclass in understanding the audience beyond online metrics. Through the live interaction, we discovered the diverse demographics of Kylie's fanbase, reinforcing the power of offline brand experiences.

From a strategic standpoint, the pop-up was not just a sales opportunity; it was a multifaceted approach.
